1. Handles off-campus housing matters, including housing surveys, landlord information, landlord meetings, rental dispute assistance, housing visits and safety assessments, and the cloud rental platform.
2. Handles lost-and-found services.
3. Assists with applications to review surveillance footage under the division's jurisdiction.
4. Maintains and manages the campus safety reporting network.
5. Produces the bimonthly campus safety newsletter.
6. Provides student support services for the College of Management and College of Medicine.
7. Answers calls routed from the university switchboard.
8. Handles student accidents.
9. Performs Campus Safety Center duty shifts.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
